With spring quickly approaching I wanted to highlight this combination of vintage-modern. March doesn't always mean "fun in the sun" for Chicagoan's like myself. So, jeans and jacket are still a must. Among other things, this look allows for some wardrobe recycling--always a plus! It seems leather jackets, skinny jeans and statement necklaces aren't going anywhere. So, make the most of it!
Key things to remember:
1. Keep the look fresh and colorful. Make sure to complement blacks, greys, whites and browns with brighter selections to offset a monotone look.
2. The idea is to merge vintage and modern into one cohesive look. The balance of vintage to modern is up to you but make sure you're not neglecting one or the other.
